We accept Visa/Master Card, Checks and Cash

Tuition is due and payable the first class session of each month.

Drop In Rates
~Yes, you must pay if you want to “try “ a class!~

This “drop in” rate will be applied to your
registration fee and monthly fee if you enroll in class
$19.00 for single class

If you choose to pay “Per Class”, and count up your classes after you take them,
you will be charged drop in rate of $19 per class plus a $5 administration fee

*Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons must be made 24 in advance or you will be charged for the entire lesson.

Pre-Ballet/Primary Light Pink Leotard
Ballet I/II /III Black Leotard
Adult Any Color

All Ballet students must wear Ballet pink tights, slippers, with their hair up in a bun.
No jewelry except for small post earrings

Our Studio is Gum & Smoke Free!
(No chewing Gum, Please!)

The monthly tuition installments are subject to the following conditions:

Tuition is due and payable the first class session of each month.

Monthly Tuition Payments received after the 10th of the month incur a $20 late fee

Monthly Tuition is based on four weeks per month.
Extra classes in the 5th week are a "bonus" and cannot be made up if missed.

Monthy tuition will not be extended into the following month.
Exception only for prolongued illness. A doctor's note is required.

Students must attend the weekly classes in which he/she is registered.

Classes missed may be made up within 30 days only if West Hawaii Dance Academy is notified in advance .
After 30 days, missed classes will be forfeited.

Class Cards and monthly tuition are not transferable.

Class Cards expire two months after purchase date.

Returned Checks incur a $25 Fee

School is closed for certain holidays. When this occurs, students can make up their classes in another class within the 30 days.

Students must be enrolled in the Winter/Spring Session to be eligible to perform
in the Spring Recital.
A performance fee will be assed, which will include their costume, tickets to the performance, and DVD.
Students are encouraged to participate, but is not mandatory.

Tuition is non-refundable & Non-transferable
